Be aware of Mindfulness. Let go of thoughts with practiced breathing.
Keep fewer photographs. It takes me six times to get a well-focused shot. Delete the rest immediately.
Spend less time at the computer desk. Take a walk. Make tea. Sit elsewhere and read. Finish tasks.
Spend more time tidying. Clear away clutter and organize surroundings.
Offer fewer options. Milk or iced tea? Hot spiced tea or lemonade?
Never Complain. Never Explain.

I need to copy these thoughts and put them up where I see them each day. They are perfect for me too!
Love your thoughts. Have you been able to begin doing these?
I'm glad if you find them useful, Glenda.
Sallysmom, doing these evolve as something other than the original thought. Practiced breathing turned into deep breathing to make sure the episode of choking on my own saliva didn't turn into something worse than a cough.
Keeping fewer photos turned into just not taking pics. I let some gorgeous Brugs turn into mush without a record of them, the same with Camellias. On the other hand, previous years' photos look almost the same as every other year.
I'm working on less time at the computer --see how long it took to answer this comment?
Clutter just hangs around despite me.
I try really hard not to complain, thereby not having to explain.
I made a list of tasks to start in January and finish in February, like pruning grapevines. Progress is slow.
Jean, I need to print these out in large, dark font and post in my kitchen where I live!
